Agata Kaminska PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
My approach to treating is… is holistic. I encourage my patients to be in therapy, exercise and eat healthy in addition to taking medications. I am a careful and conservative prescriber most times, but I will prescribe medication aggressively when needed. While I have extensive medication knowledge, I also use Carl Rogers (positive regard) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my interactions. I meet my patients with open communication and education because collaboration optimizes a patient’s chance of improving.
