Andres has been a practicing psychotherapist for over 25 years, working in various outpatient settings, including IOP programs, case management, and private practice. In addition to her work as a counselor, She has also acted as developer and facilitator of workshops and trainings for peers.

A variety of different modalities, including mindfulness, CBT, ACT, and DBT. I try to encourage patients to address their own thoughts and feelings both internally and externally, and get to the root cause of the issues meanwhile working toward healing and forgiveness. I believe humor, understanding, and support is a key component of the therapeutic relationship.
