My approach to treatment is to use the path of least resistance. By that I mean I start low and go slow and utilize several areas of medications
such as SSRIs to aim to mitigate the symptoms while also discussing how to change or reframe thinking. I want to remind people of their
strengths, while also working on their challenges.
