My approach to treating is with the belief, “change begins at the end of your comfort zone”. I believe all patients are capable of change, needing a safe space where they are offered acceptance, respect, and validation for their emotions and experiences. It is my job to help patients push themselves to get uncomfortable and progress toward their goals.
